Packaging and Presentation

Our jewelry is delivered to you in a beautiful handmade velvet zippered pouch or pretty organza bag, perfect to store and treasure your pearls for years to come. If you would like us to gift wrap and include a sentiment card with your purchase, we are happy to do so at no additional cost.

Return Policy

We of course want you to be completely happy with your purchase, however should you require a refund, credit will be issued within two weeks of invoice date. The item must be returned in original condition and packaging with a copy of the invoice. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please use USPO, UPS or Fed Ex. We recommend requesting a tracking # and insurance, we can not be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected deliveries.

Shipping

We ship Monday thru Friday, USPO Priority mail with delivery confirmation, unless otherwise requested. Should you require a more urgent method of shipment, please contact us. In an effort to conserve natural resources we do not include an invoice with your purchase, a printable invoice is generated by Paypal.

State Sales Tax

Maine State sales tax (5%) will be added to your order. Please be aware purchasers are responsible for sales tax in their individual states.

Warranty and Repair

Your purchase is guaranteed for thirty days from time of purchase for damage due to normal wear and may be returned for repair at no cost. If your piece has become otherwise damaged we will gladly repair it for cost of materials and labor.
